How long does shipping take for furniture and bedding?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for bedding and accessories. Larger furniture items are delivered via our two-man white-glove service within 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses and duvets cannot be returned once the protective seal is broken.
Do you offer fabric samples before I purchase?
Yes, we provide complimentary fabric swatches for our sofas and upholstered bed frames. You can order up to five samples through our 'Request a Swatch' page to ensure the color and texture match your home decor.
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I care for my DUSK linens?
To maintain the quality of your luxury linens, we recommend washing at 40°C with a mild detergent and tumble drying on a low heat setting. Avoid using bleach or harsh fabric softeners to preserve the natural fibers.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All our furniture items come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. Our mattresses feature an extended 10-year limited warranty for your peace of mind.
